What I really like about Montreal is the buildings. There are so many around the city where you can access the rooftop to capture the sunrise. To me, this is just the best way to start your day.

I don’t take the subway that often but when I do, I always make sure to have my camera with me. There’s always something new and exciting to shoot there. Whether it’s the people, the movement of lights: I always feel inspired to take a few pictures.

This must be one of the most photographed places in Montreal and you can easily understand why. Even indoors, the setting is amazing night and day for beautiful shots. You can go simply for a coffee or lunch but let’s be honest most of the people go for its fountain.

This is right by my house and it's one of my favourite places in Montreal. You can simply wander around and always find cool spots to shoot. There’s also a beautiful bicycle path that goes from the South West all the way to the Old Port.

This is one of Montreal’s most famous landmarks. So if you are looking for a place to walk, run, pat some dogs or simply have a nice view; this is where you should go. Oh, I almost forgot, the sunsets are amazing over there! You get a full view of the city in action.

Montreal can be a lot to handle sometimes. With the bustling sound of traffic, it’s good to have a place where you can feel more at peace. Mine is near the water at Jacques Cartier Bridge. I can just sit there, think with the sound of the water and wait to get the perfect shot without being surrounded by people. The best way to finish your day if you ask me.
