Sofitel Auckland x MusicHelps

A fundraiser for Aotearoa's beloved music industry

Sofitel Auckland Viaduct Harbour and MusicHelps are proud to present L’Art de la Musique, an exclusive fundraiser to celebrate and support talented Kiwi music industry professionals who have been affected by COVID-19 restrictions within the industry at large.

Sofitel presents L’ Art de la Musique

MusicHelps is a unique charity that is dedicated to changing lives by providing tailored support and assistance to hundreds of people throughout the music industry who may be experiencing hardship, illness or distress. With severely limited opportunities for international music acts to tour New Zealand with our borders remaining closed, the local music industry remains significantly impacted by a reduction in working opportunities that were plentiful prior to 2020.
Sofitel Auckland Viaduct Harbour have partnered with MusicHelps to host L’Art de la Musique this month, with the aim of giving a helping hand to the people that change lives through music. With the Sofitel's brand truth of ‘Joie de Vivre’, or joy of living, at the forefront of the event, the fundraising evening will bring together and celebrate New Zealand's music community.

A night to remember

Guests will enjoy an evening of elegance in the recently refurbished Sofitel Auckland Viaduct Harbour, which has embraced its contemporary French luxury and art-de-vivre heritage. Live performances from industry icons Ladi 6, Tami Neilson and Julia Deans will lead the first half of the evening, with the second act marked by a live auction featuring exclusive items including an at home dining experience with the Sofitel’s Michelin-Starred Chef, Marc de Passorio, and renowned Sommelier, Cedrick Rinaldo.
The L’Art de la Musique celebration and fundraising evening will take place on Wednesday, February 24th at the Sofitel Auckland Viaduct Harbour. A silent online auction will also run alongside the live event for Kiwis who want to extend their support for their local music industry too.
