Terms and Conditions of Standard Chartered Singapore for ALL Loyalty Members

1. Conversion of Standard Chartered Rewards Points into Rewards Points:

Standard Chartered 360˚ Rewards members may convert their Standard Chartered Rewards Points into Rewards Points of ALL – Accor Live Limitless, Accor’s loyalty programme.

To do this, the Standard Chartered 360˚ Rewards member must be a member of ALL – Accor Live Limitless programme. In order to be considered a member of ALL – Accor Live Limitless programme, you need to have a valid ALL – Accor Live Limitless membership Card.

Standard Chartered Rewards Points may only be transferred from a Standard Chartered 360˚ Rewards member account to this member's associated personal and nominative account in ALL – Accor Live Limitless programme.

After conversion, the converted Rewards Points are added to member's ALL – Accor Live Limitless Rewards Points balance and can be redeemed according to ALL – Accor Live Limitless programme rules.

2. Points are converted as follows:

5,000 Standard Chartered Rewards Points = 1,000 ALL Rewards Points

The points conversion described above is done manually through member's Standard Chartered 360˚ Rewards account.

Standard Chartered Rewards Points transferred on the member's ALL – Accor Live Limitless account are converted into Rewards Points. Transferred Rewards Points do not qualify for higher ALL – Accor Live Limitless account status calculation or maintaining existing ALL – Accor Live Limitless account status.

2,000 Rewards Points equal EUR 40. For further information, please refer to ALL – Accor Live Limitless programme's rules.
