Terms and Conditions of Booking Vehicles with SIXT for ALL Loyalty Members

1.The distribution channels available for ALL members to book vehicles are:

Booking made by a Member of ALL using a link made available on the ALL / Accor website or applications (such as Accor ALL), in electronic newsletters, pre-stay emails, or through any other method as agreed between SIXT and Accor from time to time for vehicle rental. Relevant Bookings are identified by entering the agency number created by SIXT for Accor when making the reservation via the eligible booking channels(www.sixt.com/all.accor).

2.Earning Reward points

ALL members can earn up to 550 Reward points for any vehicle rental at eligible rates in the network of participating SIXT agencies in 110 countries.

  • 200 Reward points for each car rental with a price between 50 and 99,99 EUR ((time&mileage)
  • 350 Reward points for each car rental with a price between 100 and 150 EUR (time&mileage)
  • 550 ALL Reward Points for each car rental with a price over 150 EUR (time&mileage)

Before any earning by SIXT customer of any ALL Reward Points, SIXT customer must be enrolled in the ALL Programme.

In order to receive ALL Reward Points, Members of ALL will be asked to enter their valid Member of ALL number when concluding the Purchase.

The ALL card must be valid and the name on the ALL card must match the name of the main driver on the rental contract.

Not all services are eligible to be taken into account in the amount of the relevant booking for the award of reward points. Not commissionable rates are, long-term rates, some corporate rates, wholesaler rates, truck rates and rentals with an invoice less than 25€ or equivalent in local currency, are excluded from points collection. Points reward promotions cannot be combined, retroactive points collection is only possible for the past six months. Furthermore fees for taxes, insurances, airport fees, fuel, child seats, snow chains, winter tires and other extras are not eligible rates.

4.Complaints with partners

4.1. Earning Reward points

Members of ALL may submit Claims relating to an award of ALL Reward Points or a failure to credit ALL Reward Points to their ALL Accounts for the Purchase. As per to the General Conditions of Membership applicable for the ALL Programme, Members of ALL may submit a Claim between six (6) weeks and six (6) months after the relevant Transaction.

Members of ALL must connect to www.all.accor.com. When they enter their Claim, they must select “Report missing points from SIXT” and click on the SIXT link. Members of ALL are redirected to a SIXT claim form, to be completed by the relevant Member of ALL by attaching the relevant invoice and following the instructions given.

An automatic email will be sent to the Member of ALL from SIXT, acknowledging receipt of the claim form.
