ALL loyalty programme - general terms and conditions governing the HSBC Mexico partnership:

1. Conversion of RewardCash into ALL Reward points:

Programa Más de HSBC members may convert their HSBC points into Reward points of ALL – Accor Live Limitless, Accor’s loyalty programme.

To do this, the Programa Más de HSBC member must be a member of ALL – Accor Live Limitless programme. In order to be considered a member of ALL – Accor Live Limitless programme, you need to have a valid ALL – Accor Live Limitless membership Card.

HSBC points may only be transferred from a Programa Más de HSBC member account to this member's associated personal and nominative account in ALL – Accor Live Limitless programme.

After conversion, the converted Reward points are added to member's ALL – Accor Live Limitless Reward points balance and can be redeemed according to ALL – Accor Live Limitless programme rules.

2. Points are converted as follows:

Premier: 1 HSBC point = 1 ALL Reward point

Affluent: 1 HSBC point = 0.45 ALL Reward point

Mass: 1 HSBC point = 0.3 ALL Reward point

The points conversion described above is done manually through member's Programa Más de HSBC account.

HSBC points transferred on the member's ALL – Accor Live Limitless account are converted into Reward points.

Transferred Reward points do not qualify for higher ALL – Accor Live Limitless account status calculation or maintaining existing ALL – Accor Live Limitless account status.
