Certain hotels listed on the all.accor.com website and/or in the Accor mobile app are not operated under an Accor group brand but have nonetheless opted to partner the ALL loyalty programme. These hotels (hereafter referred to as "Independent Partner Hotels") are the establishments identified as such on the all.accor.com website and/or in the Accor mobile app.
These terms and conditions describe the conditions according to which members of the ALL programme can earn points when staying in an Independent Partner Hotel.
Members of the ALL loyalty programme will be awarded 12.5 Status points and 12.5 Rewards points for every 10 euros spent on a stay at an Independent Partner Hotel.
When booking a stay at an Independent Partner Hotel, the sole expenditure eligible to earn Status points and Rewards points is the value of the actual booking (rooms, rate, etc.) excluding taxes. Points will not be earned on any other expenditure (taxes, drinks, additional nights, meals or other services booked on-site, etc.).
To be eligible to earn points, stays at Independent Partner Hotels must be booked via the official all.accor.com website or mobile site, or via the Accor mobile app. Bookings made via any other channel (e.g.through a travel agency or directly with the hotel, etc.) will not be eligible to earn points.
In order to earn Status points and Rewards points when booking a stay at an Independent Partner Hotel, Le Club Accor members must provide their loyalty card number. The surname and first name that feature on the card must match those of the person due to stay in the hotel. The ALL loyalty card must be valid on the day the member checks into the Independent Partner Hotel. If asked to do so, members must be capable of showing their loyalty card and providing the loyalty card number.
For more clarity, staying at an Independent Partner Hotel does not allow members to benefit from any of the usual ALL benefits other than earning Status points and Rewards points as outlined in article 1 above.
Notably, unlike stays at hotels operated under one of the Accor group's brands and enrolled in the Le Club Accor programme:
If members realize that their Status points and Rewards points have not been credited to their account within six (6) weeks of checking-out of the Independent Partner Hotel, they can make a claim by filling in the form intended for this purpose on the all.accor.com website, where they will be invited to explain the reason for the claim and include any supporting documents. This must be done within six (6) months of checking-out of the hotel.
To enable Status points and/or Rewards points to be credited to the member's account, the invoice related to the claim must be issued in the ALL member's name.
