Club Med Terms and Conditions

1. Earning Rewards points on stays at Club Med

ALL programme members receive 1 Rewards points for each euro spent, on the total price of a Club Med package (*) for all stays at Club Med establishments worldwide. The maximum limit is set at EUR 3000 per stay, i.e. a maximum of 3000 Rewards points per stay. To be eligible, the stay must be reserved via the Club Med telephone reservation office, Club Med's network of direct agencies or via the website.

Family vacations must be booked under a single Club Med membership number.

Rewards points are earned on full rates and do not include special offers. Le Club Med alone is responsible for accepting the ALL card and therefore crediting points.

(*) Club Med package with or without transport, excluding additional expenses: taxes, Club Med membership fees, excursions, administrative formalities, purchases made in the Villages etc.

2.Complaints with partners

2.1 Earning ALL points

If a member finds that their Rewards points have not been credited within a maximum of six weeks following their Club Med stay, they may make a complaint by completing the complaint form available on the website, providing an explaination of their complaint and attaching any supporting evidence, within six months following the transaction.

For the member to be credited with the Rewards points, the invoice corresponding to the complaint must be in the name of the ALL programme member.
