ALL loyalty programme - general terms and conditions governing the CBA partnership

1. Conversion of CommBank Awards points into ALL Reward points

CommBank Awards members may convert their CommBank Awards points into Reward points of ALL – Accor Live Limitless, Accor’s loyalty programme.

To do this, the CommBank Awards member must be a member of ALL – Accor Live Limitless programme. In order to be considered a member of ALL – Accor Live Limitless programme, you need to have a valid ALL – Accor Live Limitless membership Card.

CommBank Awards points may only be transferred from a CommBank Awards member account to this member's associated personal and nominative account in ALL – Accor Live Limitless programme.

After conversion, the converted Reward points are added to member's ALL – Accor Live Limitless Reward points balance and can be redeemed according to ALL – Accor Live Limitless programme rules.

2. Points are converted as follows:

5 CommBank Awards points = 1 ALL Reward point

The points conversion described above is done manually through member's CommBank Awards account.

CommBank Awards points transferred on the member's ALL – Accor Live Limitless account are converted into Reward points.

Transferred Reward points do not qualify for higher ALL – Accor Live Limitless account status calculation or maintaining existing ALL – Accor Live Limitless account status.
