Mostly a great stay. The room was excellent. When we checked in, the bathroom sink wouldn't drain. I went to the desk and told the agent, and asked that it be corrected between 6 & 8 pm, when we would be out. It was not corrected. The next morning I had to ask again. The safe in the room was difficult to unlock after the combo had been set. Someone from the front desk came and had a very difficult time locking/unlocking it. Twice during our stay our keys failed to operate the elevator or room door, even though they had not been placed near phones, credit cards, etc. The breakfast buffet was very good, and service and drinks at the bar were good likewise. Our group dinner in the restaurant was excellent.
