I was very satisfied with my stay at this ibis hotel in London and pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, with special thanks to Esmeret and Elena, whose professionalism and warmth made a real difference. The location of the hotel is excellent, especially for visiting museums, restaurants, and the Royal Albert Hall, all within easy reach. Despite facing the street, the room was quiet and allowed for a restful night’s sleep. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and pleasant, meeting all expectations for a stay in this category. The breakfast offering is rather basic, but perfectly adequate to start the day. Considering the quality of the accommodation, the location, and the level of service, the hotel offers very good value for money and is an easy recommendation for a stay in London.

We spent 5 nights at the Ibis style and we truly enjoyed it. The location was perfect. There is a tube station just around the corner, 15 minutes away from Picadelly circus. A bus stop right in front of the door to take us to the city centre. The hotel is lovely. The staff very nice. Finger up for Elena and Esmeret, the breakfast waitresses. It was a pleasure to see them every morning. Always smiling, very helpful and very nice. Thank you to all the team, we had a lovely stay.

From the moment we stepped into the hotel, the experience was unwelcoming. The reception staff showed no warmth with no smile, which immediately set a negative tone for our stay. As we made our way to the room, there was a strong and unpleasant smell throughout the corridors. The odor was so bad that it was difficult to breathe and was extremely uncomfortable. While the room itself was acceptable but we were unable to get a good night’s sleep. The bed was positioned right next to our room door and the neighboring room’s door, and the constant noise from guests coming in and out late at night and early morning made proper rest impossible. We stayed for two nights, and during this time housekeeping failed to replenish basic amenities such as bottled water and the coffee tray, which is a basic expectation in any hotel. The most disappointing aspect of our stay was the breakfast. The food selection was extremely limited, and the smell in the breakfast area was so unpleasant that we could not tolerate staying longer than five minutes. As a result, we completely skipped breakfast on the second morning. The only positive aspect of this hotel is its convenient location. However, due to the overall poor experience, I would not consider staying here again, nor would I recommend it to others.
