The hotel did not allow AC in the middle of an unexpected heatwave for 3 days. Called the reception and was informed there was only the heating option. When we returned to the hotel at 9:30 pm after a very warm day we went to the public area to get filter water. A very rude restaurant staff shouted loudly and said we can only take water at breakfast in the morning. When we asked if there’s other water tap he switched off the filter water machine right in front of us and left without saying anything more. There was no reason to be this rude. There is also absolutely no need to keep the water machine running all day only to switch it off right in our face at 9:30pm. We will not stay at ibis again for such treatments and would like to file a complaint. The only 2 stars are for the friendly housekeeping lady.

This visit really disappointed me. We arrived earlier than planned. I asked the receptionist to let me call the nearby hotels and he didnt let me. Advised to use my phone. But its night, I didnt have an opportunity to buy a romanuan sim card. The lobby doesnt even have a sifa, only soft chairs. I doubt that i will use ibis again.

It was good one night stay. I arrived early morning and I asked reception to leave my bag only as I was joining a tour that day then I came back around 9PM to check-in. Check-in was fast - did not sign anything nor incidental deposit. Room was clean, hot water & Wi-Fi was working which is very good but AC wasn't cooling enough so I just opened the windows instead. Breakfast time, food options were okay too and it's like almost the same I had at Intercon. Check-out was fast too and I asked the lady if I could borrow the bath towel for the day and she was nice and said yes. I returned back at the hotel around 5PM, I stayed until dinner time as I was just waiting for my bus departure to Bulgaria. While waiting, I ordered dinner and it taste really good and after which, I asked them if they could credit the points to my ALL account. The waitress said right away that she didn't know this but when I said, I used to work with Accor and I know how it works that's when her demeanor changed and she said she will check. I noticed her effort going back and forth just to understand how it is. I think the management has to train all of the staff not just FO team about ALL since the signages were placed strategically in the hotel. I remember back in my previous property which is Movenpick that we would learn ALL & Accor Plus memberships and memorize the perks. So I guess, it was a good exercise for the team and hopefully they would understand the ALL membership. Anyhow, it was a good stay and I remember my account in ALL is still active so that's why I tried it out.

I am very satisfied with the overal experience - the room and the bathroom were clean, with a nice interior. The hotel is located in a super communicative area - near a metro, tram and bus stations and close to one of city parks.
