We wanted a hotel reasonably close to Disneyland Paris but away from the park itself. The hotel was in a great, quiet location. The staff were extremely helpful and professional. All our needs were met during our stay.

Pro: Hotel in great location to Disney Land! 50 minutes from City Center. Good Breakfast, food is good and service is ok. Not a huge selection but for 3-4 days is acceptable. Bar staf very friendly. Reveprion very frendly. 100m from Train Station! Cons: Constant Bad smell in the bedroom! Very bad air ventilation! Asked to fix but max they sprayed with air freshner. Owner needs to take this problem seriously!

Kai Couples - Confirmed reviews ALL

- Uncomfortably hot room. The temperature was at least 25+ degrees during our stay making it hard to stay and sleep in the room. The only solution provided was ‘to open the window’ as they had no cold air because of the season. - The (upgraded-) room lacked the listed amenities through the app, for example the coffee machine and welcome products. - No welcome card or amenity at all for the platinum status. - Housekeeping was sub par. They only replaced the towels and bed linnen, but things like stains in the sink, stickiness on the tables were not cleaned and glasses were not replaced. - Mold in the bathroom, dirty stains in the couch, scruffed walls and furniture; - Bath was leaking and flooding the floor. - On the first night one of the guests in the hotel had smoked cigarettes making the corridor smell awful. The only thing thats been done was to spray perfume instead of searching for the guest that had actually smoked, resulting in the same smell again after two hours, a smell that actually came into our room as well. - Room was situated right in front off the stairs and as the soundproofing was pretty bad, there was a lot of noise disturbance. Most were no isolated incidents as the other room we had booked experienced the same. Again pointed out the problems at check-out. The gentleman was very friendly but no solution provided.

Kai W Friends getaway - TripAdvisor review

To start off on a good note, the hotel its location is good as its close to Disney. The breakfast is OK and the price is not very high. However, had a really unpleasant stay because of the following: - Uncomfortably hot room. The temperature was at least 25+ degrees during our stay making it hard to stay and sleep in the room.
