The house keeping staff refused to clean the room entirely and also stole the charger we forgot there after checking out, we called to check for it after 5 hours and it was nowhere at the hotel.

Apartment with my family.Lets start with the hotel location.The hotel is ideally located in the city with a lot of restaurants around.The apartment was quite big in size with Spacious Living and Dining Room.The kitchen was well equipped with all the facilities and one of the Washroom had the Washing Machine.A good stay with all facilities.shubkaran and biswas were very kind

I stayed in novotel in dec 2022 and really liked the service and the room quality , it was at that time i found out about adiago apartments, so this time around 2024 i booked a 3 bed apartment 14 nights expecting the same. It was really a disappointment , the rooms were dated not well maintained , bathroom had drain flies, insects . Kitchen had bare minimum utensils and items too cook and clean. Pillows were of worst quality we complained about it 2-3 time before they got changed.The worst part was the house keeping service which was only 2 times a week , when i enquired about it i was told this is because i was staying for more then 1 week , which was really bizarre a
