I have to say that it was disappointing because of three aspects: - before booking the room with the application I called the hotel to check if there was an option to park for high cars (with roofbox) as I only saw the liited height option on the description in the app. I was told there was a second parking that would be suitable but not advised about the extra cost that I discovered only when I reached the hotel. Consequently I did not have any other choice to swallow the extra cost. If the hotel would have been transparent over the phone, I would have likely chosen another option available (cheaper option with Ibis Budget or Novotel as the extra parking cost made the room nearly as expensive as the Novotel option without the extra comfort). - the room booked had a technical issue with the heating/air conditioning unit which made constant noise even when turned off. The receptionist had a look but could not solve it. It was late and we ended up "swallowing" this to try and have some rest before the rest of the long road journey we were facing. Consequently we had quite a bad night as the noise woke up me and my children many times during the night. - Finally the bath filled up quickly probably due to piping being clogged up. Overall a disappointing experience not consistent with expectation for a stay at an Ibis Styles.

Concerning the technical problems in your room, the receptionist had upgraded you to a family room as soon as you arrived to compensate for the parking fee. You were even asked to change rooms when you noticed the noise in the heating system, which you refused. Our reception is open 24/7, so we are available to find the best solution for our guests and make their stay pleasant and relaxing. We hope to have the opportunity to regain your trust during a future stay and offer you the pleasant experience you deserve. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
