The staff and bed were great. The rooms made me felt like I was staying in a hospital or care facility and the lighting was too harsh. There was also a smell that was awful. I can't even describe it, but it made me feel ill.

We wouldn't stay there again. the price we paid for 1 room for 1 night, I didnt think was acceptable. Yes it was Easter but there is no lifts and we where on the 3rd floor. The receptionist was not friendly, we got there at 5.15pm to be told they where closing the reception down in 5 minutes, the sign said reception closes at 6pm. The T.V wasn't working we had to turn it on at the wall, nothing was communicated about that. The remote wasn't working so we couldn't change the channels. When we left the next day we barely got a goodbye.

I had to vacuum the floor of the room with my own vacuum cleaner. It was not as clean to my expectations. There was a bug on the floor and dust that can be seen with my eyes. Overall, good location and good value. Couldn't turn down or control the AC. My room number was 304 (Or 204?).

Really great for a budget price. Continental breakfast extra $12 contrary to on line ad. Only issue is shower floor has no catchment border. But otherwise top spot.

I have never really given a bad review before but was not satisfied with the room condition, mould in the air conditioning, shower curtain with yellow water stains, blood on curtain and mould spores, have photos, and idk if it's a weird Asian thing to wash yourself with or someone left their bandage behind in the shower near the shampoo ect , mini bar fridge froze everything and paper thin walls , breech of privacy in room 316 as the peep hole is in backwards and outside the door u can see everything inside the room
