Overall stay was fairly comfortable. Only negatives were it was quite noisy in the evening as not much sound proofing between rooms and the carpet in my Sweet Room had quite a few stains on it. But otherwise everything else was fine.

Booked double room plus extra bed, extra bed not made up. Extra bed not clean full of crisps etc. Kept awake second night with loud moving about several times during the night from room above us.

With a family room and sofa bed , this is for a child, As you can appreciate we did not see nay children on your booking, hence not having the sofa bed pre paid, if you had put children , this would of been ready for your arrival , as we get these planned in the morning . Situated pretty much in the town centre. The hotel was clean, and all things in the room were good, the only issue we had was when we went down for a drink the pumps at the bar weren't working, but it didn't affect our stay.
