Location was on a hilltop which I did not realise. I have bad knee and my mother in law who is in her 80’s had problems walking the hill. On arrival no one was at the door to greet and take bags for us. Hotel view was amazing but rooms looked old and worn. Amenities were lacking for a hotel of this type.

Excellent stay. Helpful, welcoming staff. Convenient to the heart of Queenstown while being just tucked away enough to achieve tranquility and quiet. Enjoyed taking my morning coffee on the restaurant's balcony. The view is stunning.

We stayed here after moving hotels as we weren’t happy. Hotel St Moritz was amazing. Great views, staff and had a quaint ski lodge feel.
