Badly in need of redecoration In my original room both the heating and TV didn’t work. Had to request a new room. Staff were good. No problem in getting me a new room and received a complimentary drink.

Staff and general atmosphere is good. Rooms are looking a bit tired. Everytime I stay the room door entry system stops working causing many trips to get entry cards updated. Shower was slow but water hot. No USB sockets near bed and what was there was old. Restaurant good with food delivered in good time. Uncomfortable seating in relaxing areas with drafts from windows. Very convenient for airport
