The rooms are fine but I had an adjoining room, on my last stay and the occupant was noisy. The separating door offered little sound insulation and I will have to check and ask all my questions, about the room, before I accept my booking next time. I am also disappointed that breakfast is not included in the room rate as it is over £89 and breakfast was included in my previous stay.

Lovely food and fantastic service, Yuen our waitress went above and beyond and was so kind and attentive. She went out of her way to ensure the children were catered for. The experience was overall very good.

We booked four different rooms and each of them experienced issues with the showers. The power of the shower was so poor it only just managed to wash off the soap. Some showers the controls didn’t work and you either had a scalding hot shower, a cold one or one where the temp went up and down constantly. The shower in our room also wouldn’t stay up which was frustrating.
