We stayed for a long weekend, 2 adults & 9yo in family room. Hotel is lovely and quiet, staff are friendly and helpful and close to station, park and shops. Continental breakfast was fresh and delicious. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Would stay again.

The hotel is situated in CDG terminal 2C so is very easily reached upon arrival. It meets all the standards you would expect from a Sheraton Hotel. We spent three nights there and used both the bar and restaurant which were excellent. I would recommend it any traveller.

I love this hotel, the staff is fine but I never felt valuable : I should receive a welcomed drink and a room upgrade ... It was never proposed to me ...

You did get the ALL Accor membership discount, as well as your Reward Points, which should appear very soon on your account. Welcome drinks are still available. We do not give the physical coupon anymore since last year, for ecological reasons, however your welcome drink is always available at the reception desk. Regarding the room upgrade, please note that these are perks upon availability for Gold members and above, which means that, as a Silver member, you are not entitled to a room upgrade. If you had any issue with the room or any other service, please tell us about them during your stay, so we can adress them immediately and make your time with us even better. Very good location, nice staff and good breakfast. The room was quiet and big, however it didn't smell very good (of sweat and closed space) and the situation was not improving by opening the window. In the bathroom the painting was peeling off the tiles...quite unexpected.

Everything was fine (room was fine, breakfast was fine), except for the attitude of some staff: There is neither kettle nor tea bags in the room. Having booked the room including breakfast, I thought it was ok to go down to the breakfast room/reception in the evening, to pour a cup of hot water and get a tea bag. But it was not! A staff stopped me after the fact (actually left the customers waiting at the front desk to stop me at the elevator) and explained that it was not free of charge and that the tea would be added to my room bill! Even though I can somehow understand that the hot water and the tea bag do come with a cost, I'm used to finding both a kettle and tea bags/coffee in the room, "free of charge". But worst than the actual cost, the feeling of being publicly reprimanded for such a thing left an incredibly bad taste in my mouth.

You're very welcome to take any tea of coffee you might like during the breakfast hours (6-10h during the week, 6-11h in the weekend), however the buffet room is closed the rest of the time, as indicated by the barrier in front of it. We're always glad to serve any drink you might want, and can also provide you with tea-pots to keep the drink warm, on demand. However, we apologize if you felt that these informations weren't clear enough, or if you felt bad after the incident. There must have been a misunderstanding with our staff.
