We had to find a place where to spend the night. We were very welcomed in Ibis budget Lausanne. The check-in process went very well with advises on discount options. The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet despite the fact that the hotel location is close to the highway.

Hotel is fine, but the car parking an issue yet again

Awful shirty, rude girl on reception trying to implement your still indefensible car park supplement charge. She threatened to impound my vehicle, not let me out of the car park, or to simply refuse me access to my room. What a joke ! You prefer lose 100 of room fee out of a fight over 7cHF car park invalid charge. Your staff are not consistent. Some very polite and make no fuss. Others recognise my previously stated valid position and don't even try to add the invalid charge.
