Everything about Mercure Surabaya Grand Mirama is really worth it to try. Nice room+hotel ambience with great decor and facilities especially for the cuisine. In my opinion, I suggest if you liked to stay here, try to consider stay in full package (room+breakfast)

I have stayed with Family. The hotel is located in the center of Surabaya. The staff is very nice and helpful. But the head shower was not running. You need to ask for some toilet facilities. The food at the restaurant was very nice. Overall, it was nice to stay here. thank u. One thing need to improve, the staff promised us for connecting room, but they provided separated room for my fam.

It is actually really nice, the service is top and all of the staffs are so kind they help US with everything. Of course the room is very comfortable to sleep in, the facilities are all great, the pool is large and there's trees that protect us from the heat. Overall, it is a great experience
