By booking the "SPRING OFFER", you agree to have read and accepted the conditions set out below, applicable to both ALL Accor members and non-members.

Booking and Stay Dates:
- Booking Period: Reservations must be made between 12th February 2026 and 19th February 2026, up to 23:59 Paris time (UTC+1) on the final day.
- Stay Period: Stays must occur between 3rd March 2026 and 25th May 2026, with check-out no later than 25th May 2026, 23:59 Paris time (UTC+1).

- Certain hotels may be unavailable on specific days during this promotion.
Booking Channels:
- Your reservation must be made via official ALL Accor distribution channels: ALL Accor websites, ALL Accor mobile applications, ALL Accor reservation centre, directly at the hotels, or through traditional travel agencies using a GDS automatically connected with the Accor reservation centre.
Payment Policy:
- Full online pre-payment is required at the time of booking.
- A valid credit card must be presented at check-in to cover any incidental charges incurred during your stay.
Modification and Cancellation:
- Reservations made under this offer are non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-cancellable after booking.
Offer Details & Pricing:
- The displayed discount of SPRING OFFER: 15% off for a stay of 2 nights minimum is based on the non-flexible, pre-paid rate.
- This rate may or may not include breakfast, depending on the hotel's standard offerings.
- For hotels that offer only a single meal plan option, the 15% discount will be applied to that specific non-flexible rate (either room-only or room including breakfast), subject to availability.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking, and the reservation cannot be changed or cancelled.
Exclusions:
- The discount does not apply to ancillary services, tourist tax and additional taxes on the tourist tax.
Stay duration:
- This offer requires a minimum stay of 2 nights (minimum 3 nights for Adagio properties) and a maximum of 10 nights.
Combinability and Group Bookings:
- The "SPRING OFFER: 15% off for a stay of 2 nights minimum" can be combined with the ALL Accor Members Rate, where applicable but not with other discounts or special offers.
- This offer does not apply to groups.
- The general terms and conditions of sale of the booked rate apply.
ALL Accor Programme:
- This offer allows ALL Accor Reward points to be earned at participating hotels. A list of participating hotels can be found on this web page.
- Members of ALL Accor must provide their loyalty card number when making the reservation, and present the card at the hotel reception desk at check-in.
- Rewards points will be credited to the member’s account within 10 days of the member checking out.
Check-in Times:
- Check-in and check-out times are different at each hotel and will be mentioned in the general terms and conditions of sale of the booked rate.
Child Policy:
- The applicable child policy is different depending on the hotel selected and will be specified in the general terms and conditions of sale of the booked rate.
