This offer includes the room night stay, the breakfast and the dinner for the number of people selected by the customer when booking.

Each hotel will propose one of the following dinner packages:

·Buffet dinner

·2-course menu (starter + main course or main course + dessert)

·3-course menu (Starter + main course + dessert)

The type of dinner package proposed by a hotel will be indicated in the offer name and the children option in the description.

The dishes will be proposed from a hotel defined selection and cannot be modified. Drinks are excluded. 

In case of any complaints related to F&B services, the client should address the restaurant directly.

This offer is valid in accordance with the conditions set out here in in one of the participating hotels (see the list of participatings hotels on the offer page)

Conditions of sale

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card valid on the date of reservation and during your stay. Unless otherwise noted.

Cancellation free of charge in accordance with hotel conditions and will be stipulated in the conditions of sale at the time of booking.

Members' rate conditions

Anyone wishing to take advantage of the Members’ rate must be, or become, an ALL - Accor Live Limitless member and respect the T&Cs applicable to the program. Members must show their card at check-in (or their membership number if they are yet to receive their card). 

A maximum of 7 rooms at the Members' rate can be reserved per member and per stay on the all.com website or by contacting customer service or the hotel directly. A maximum of 3 rooms at the Members' rate can be reserved per member and per stay by booking via the ALL.com app.
