The hotel Staff was nice as the room, we had the small apartment, it would have been nice if they had taken a couple of minutes to show us how the kitchen equipment work’s. As I read on the hotel description it supposed to have room service but never found the menu. The bar looks fine but I have been in other accord hotel’s we lower star rating (Novotel and Obis Styles) with better social area. The room was dark but the bed really comfortable. The hotel is well located.

The bed was very nice, slept very good. However, the shower is horrible. It's a shower in a bath, very narrow and extremely difficult to set it to a nice temperature as it was either too hot or too cold, there was hardly a medium. The stream from the showerhead was also disappointing.

I appreciated the parking, the self-made coffee in the morning, the great breakfast and also the sauna one late evening. The hotel was located quite clise to the conference venue (15 mins walk).
