Our booking is for 2 adults and 2 kids but when we arrived, the sofa bed is not yet set. We asked the staff and were told that the bedsheet and pillows were all in the wardrobe and we needed to set the sofa bed ourselves. I didn’t expect we need to set the bed ourselves as customers. Also, when I opened the sofa bed, it was dusty and we need to clean ourselves.

Here's your edited review: --- This was my third visit to The Aparthotel Adagio in Sutton, and once again, it exceeded my expectations. The hotel's location is superb, just a 2-minute walk from Sutton station, and surrounded by a plethora of shops, including grocery stores, restaurants, fashion outlets, pubs, a post office, and banks. The staff at the hotel are incredibly friendly, and the housekeeping service is impeccable, just a QR code or WhatsApp message away. The aparthotel itself is both clean and spacious, providing all the essentials you might need. From toiletries to an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen, it truly feels like a home away from home. For anyone looking to stay in the Sutton area, I cannot recommend The Aparthotel Adagio highly enough.
