Modern room and great design all around. At the reception everyone was very kind and helpful! Breakfast was good just a bit slow at getting the coffee! Mama bath is a very nice addition in a busy city to wind off :) Overall I would definitely recommend mama shelter! Thanks you all

We stayed in Roma for 3 nights and loved the location (close to a metro, but away from the busy areas). The room was comfortable, the pool/spa was amazing, and the food was incredible! The staff was always happy and extremely helpful!

We loved the hotel! The entire brand and experience is really welcoming and fun. We were disappointed with the spa experience due to kids being there who were screaming and constantly jumping (bombing) into the pool. I really believe that there could be set times where it’s just adults so you can fully experience a relaxing spa experience… it was disappointing to cut our day short and then just spend 25 minutes in the spa. It wasn’t fun…. The other thing is that we were not warned that we would need to reserve space at the restaurant for a Friday and Saturday night. That would have been helpful. We also would have benefitted from having tea and coffee available in the room. When you wake up, it’s just so nice to have there like you would find in other hotels.

We were in the hotel with our family of 4. We liked the decor, nice beds and bathroom. The only thing is we found it very hot in room, it was hard to cool the room. Especially during the night. Made it hard to sleep. Nice pool!

We came to visit the city and our stay at Mama Shelter Roma was perfect, everyone was kind and helpful, the hotel is new and close to the metro station, not far from every monuments we can find in Roma ! Special thank’s to Sonia who was more than kind with my fiancée and I, she helped us with every information we could ask ! The restaurant was also very good we tried the pizzas, the wine selection was very great ! We will comeback for sure ! Thank you Mama Roma

We stayed at Mama’s in Paris and were blown away. Therefore we expected the same atmosphere in Rome. But… no. Maybe it was because it was December and one couldn’t be out in the nice garden, maybe it was because the receptionist double charged my room and refused to acknowledge it (still waiting to get the money back).. but Mama’s Rome is not Mama in Paris. The spa is lovely, the restaurant is good but there seems to be less heart and more business.
