Hotel is well located in the center of Toulouse, but I’ve been upset by a couple of things: - I sent an email to ask if you had any parking arrangement. No answer received - We were informed of the rooftop closure only upon arrival. No notification received during the reservation process - Room was not easily accessible (2 doors to open) and dirty (biscuits on the floor). Called the reception to let them know and they give me the impression to be fussy… Won’t recommend this hotel to my friends. Not a good experience given the price per night.

This hotel is a nice concept and the location is very nice and central in Toulouse. The staff is very friendly and speak good English. The rooms are too basic. No kettle, no iron… not even a box of tissues. There was no luggage rack or place to put luggage. We were assigned an accesible room (no idea why) which had a separate WC. There was not even a towel or bar of soap in the room to wash hands. The bathroom was a wet room and the water went everywhere. Our bathroom sink did not drain and the placement of the drain was very poor. The breakfast which was 19 euros per person was very basic.

hello, I have taken note of all your remarks about your room and the bathroom, the rooms with kettles are only in our suites, it is our concept in all mama hotels. I am surprised at your comment on our "basic" breakfast what can we improve? thank you have a good day

Good location, friendly personal. Nice, clean and large room even if the view was not exceptional. Thé breakfast is really fantastic with everything want, sweet and salted. I went their last week for a travel trip and will certainly come back next time.

I stayed over a long weekend for 3 nights, The staff were warm and friendly, Restaurant was very nice with good drinks. Location is fantastic, right in the city centre, walking distance from plenty of attractions. directly across the road from the main Metro.

Nice vibe, good location, but way too noisy on the 1st floor when a party is thrown in the restaurant... Perfume in the lobby is pretty strong and bring discomfort.

Coolest place to hang and stay in Toulouse. Nicely furnished rooms with lots of cheeky details (yes, the Force might watch over you while sleeping). Hip bar and great rooftop. DJ on the weekends.

Easy check in and clean space. Restaurant a bit too expensive so de didn’t dine in- that would have been convenient. The bed was comfortable, but lack of a fitted sheet was frustrating. The bed sheet moved a lot and we ended up sleeping directly on the mattress protector each night- not very pleasing.

No cleaning, bed not made, wake up 1h before the target, some customers creams at the desk, ... It means that Mama shelter put everything on the interior design and they don't care about customers ...

Bonjour, je viens de prendre connaissance de votre avis, également sur google et sur notre retour client que vous savez eu la gentillesse de nous renvoyer. nous vous avons appelé, expliqué et nous, nous sommes excusés. En raison des procédures sanitaires en vigueur, du à la crise du covid, si vous désiriez que nous fassions le ménage vous deviez nous l'indiquer, comme expliqué par notre réceptionniste lors de votre arrivée et ce, pour nous permettre d'accéder à votre chambre; de la nettoyer, de l'aérer, puis de la désinfecter. le client qui criait à la réception, c'était vous, d'ailleurs un de nos client présent a voulu intervenir , car vos propos dépassaient l'entendement et la manière dont vous , vous êtes adressé à notre réceptionniste était déplacée. soit, nous nous sommes également excusés de vous avoir réveillé une heure à l'avance , mais en vérifiant votre CI c'était bien l'heure à laquelle vous vouliez être réveillé. mais encore une fois toutes nos excuses.
