We stayed 3 nights. The staff are very friendly and professional. It is located close to the Rouse Hill shopping center and Rouse Hill metro station. The bed was extremely comfortable. Bathroom absolutely spotless - these things are very important to me. Overall a very comfortable and clean hotel. Will stay again and recommend to my friends/ family.

Spent 4 months out bush and thought I'd splash out on a comfortable stay and this place didn't disapoint me. Great rooms comfortable beds modern rooms with great room service, down side room service was down the last 18hrs but I could easily ring the front desk. Staff were very nice and didn't interfere with my stay but were happy to help at the drop of a hat. Definitely will be back for the next business trip.

I EXPERIENCED AN ISSUE WHEN TRYING TO CHECK IN ONLINE AND SO RANG AND SPOKE TO RECEPTION TO CONFIRM A BOOKING. I STILL HAD YOUR WEB PAGE OPEN ON MY COMPUTER WERE THE PRICE QUOTED WAS $ 155.00. UNFORTUNATELY I WAS TOLD "THAT IS INCORRECT"! I EXPLAINED IT WAS ON THE WBSITE AND TEXT A SCREEN SHOT TO THE RECEPTIONIST WHO STILL WOULD NOT GRANT THE BOOKING ATT HE ADVERTISED PRICE. I NEEDED THE BOOKING CONFIRMED AND SAID WE COULD FIX THE PRICE WHEN I CHECKED IN AND AGAIN NO WAY. THAT WAS NOT A GOOD START.

I got put into a disabled / wheelchair room , which made me feel like I was staying in a hospital . I hate hospitals ! Couldn't turn the bar light off unless I took the card out but then no light's , tripping over to get to bathroom ! Also no card = no heater = froze around 2 am . Looking forward to finding a new motel / hotel for my next trip in 2 weeks time !!

I travel to Sydney for work and I will definitely be making this hotel my regular stopover. The beds and pillows are my favourite part. Like sleeping on a marshmallow ! The rooms are big, comfortable, clean and full of all the things you need. The pub and restaurant next door is an extra bonus. The food is delicious and the atmosphere fantastic.

After a 8 month gap, it was great to be able to travel to Sydney again. My preferred place to stay is the Mecure @ Rouse Hill. It was lovely to receive a warm welcome back and be recognized by the staff. As always the rooms were comfortable and clean, and there was plenty of onsite parking. I highly recommend staying here, and look forward to returning soon.
