Room well sized and clean and accomodating. Good breakfast. I would have appreciated some facilities/gadget more in the bathroom (body cream and makeup remover or cotton sticks). The provisioning is really basic (just shampoo and papers). Air Phone basic too (very slow for a woman with middle/long hair, not that powerful). Room for improvements.

The check in member of staff was unhelpful and offhand. Didnt explain how to use key card for lift or lights, or how to access wifi. Gave incorrect information about nearby transport. Bar/ restaurant front of house staff were much better. Food was of a good quality. Room had a vague smell of cigarettes despite being a non smoking hotel. Perhaps the aircon needs attention? TV kept switching off. Pillows very soft and no extras given. Only value for money if you're making full use of all the facilities.

The room is extremely clean and the bed/pillows are super comfortable. The breakfast was really nice and the parking is really big although it is not the hotel parking it’s super convenient and cheap. Do not pay on the pay by phone app but go into the hotel and they would give you a different website to pay as it lets you put exactly the time you need till. We used the pool and sauna which were clean and very nice but the water was a bit cold and the jacuzzi wasn’t working when we visited otherwise it was great. I would definitely come again.
