I stay often at this hotel and appreciate it very much, despite not being able to fully take advantage of the lobby/bar/resto. Exceptionally on this visit I found the level of cleaning in the bathroom unacceptable.

It was a joy to be on the road again and to be able to reach this cherished spot. Staff was very helpful and friendly, as usual. Too bad the breakfast buffet was not available but what with Covid-19... something had to give.

Arriving by 20h00, I asked to book a taxi for 8h00 next day, what I did several times in the past at the same hotel for the same destination close to Laval. The employee on duty calle done taxi company and told me that no taxi was available (too late, TGV's arriving at the same time) and told me that the only solution was to call a VTC (''Robert'' a kind of local Uber) The car was on time, but I had to help the driver to find the destination with my iPhone application. When arriving at my dstination, anotehr driver of the same company called me to let me know that he was waiting for me at the hotel. I had to receive my invoice by e-mail but I never received it. interesting to know that the fee for the trip was over a taxi trip. My understanding is that the Ibis employee on duty was paying more attention to sending customers to that non professional ''taxi company'' than to paying attention to a good customer service / customer satisfaction. I also asked if my Ibis Business number was registered, the reply was yes but I did not got the service due to Ibis Business card holders. About the breakfast, no attention paid at all to the buffet: no more oranges in the orange juice distributor, fresh cut fruits in very limited quantity, place in very small containers... I stayed several times at this hotel, but I will probably select another one, non Accor, next time.
