I had a good time spending Idul Fitri holiday with my family. The room is nice and spacious, I got good price also, love the garden and the swimming pool. The location is really near to Kota Tua. Love the breakfast, it was delicious, and I got welcoming drink and snack at the Lounge. Would definitely come back sometime in the future.

1. Room is recently renovated. It's totally wonderful and elegant. I do love its king size bed. It's extremely soft and comfortable. 2. All staffs are friendly and responsive. 3. Breakfast was very tasty and there were many choices. Restaurant is so spacious and clean. 4. Swimming pool is large but the water is cold. My son did enjoy the kids pool. I think it will be better if they provide kids playground or kids club.

This the 2nd time I spent my staycation at this hotel. Really great to have their warm welcome and great service, especially from Jessen at Front Desk and Strphanie duri g my check-out. I spent 2 nights with my family with 3 bedrooms. Thanks to Accor Plus membership that allowed me to had early check in and room upgraded. The room was spacious and clean with comfortable bed. Really recommended hotel!

The hotel is beyond expectation, despite the exterior building is not too impressive, but we all satisfied of the room, cozy, spacious and the all the utensils is new and right function, nothing is broken. The swimming pool is also big enough. The price is also affordable.

We enjoyed our stay, especially the hotel location and our wedding venue is nearby, it was very convenient for us. The staff was excellent and fast response. But we're not informed that during Ramadan the breakfast doesn't buffet, and it's quite a bummer cause we have to choose from the menu and there is no variety there, plus the waiting time is quite long for the food to be served. We understand & tolerate the Ramadan situation, but I think it's best if the hotel can let us know in advance to be aware of this breakfast situation (especially the waiting time).

Spacious room, very friendly and helpful staff, did all they can to compensate that "prison-feeling" during the 8 days quarantine. The staff worked hard to manage the challange serving the food in time and still hot / warm (70% cold, 30% slightly warm).

My first impression, the room was spacious and clean including the bathroom. complete facilities but there is a smell a bit like rotten eggs from the bathroom drain, anyway overall the results are good at an affordable price
