Nos hospedamos (eu, meu marido e nossos 2 filhos de 8 anos) por 3 semanas no Novotel Bur Dubai. Transformamos o hotel praticamente em nossa casa e todas as solicitações que fizemos ao longo da nossa estadia foram prontamente atendidas por todos os profissionais da recepção, restaurante, limpeza, piscina. Muito obrigada pela atenção de todos!

Dernier séjour au Novotel Bur Dubai après 3 ans de fidélité et de fréquents séjours Après m’avoir confirmé à mon arrivée un dimanche soir la prolongation de mon séjour d’une nuit jusqu’au vendredi, me voilà le jeudi soir 19h contraint de quitter l’hôtel. Pas un sms, pas un mail, pas un message écrit dans ma chambre pour m’informer au préalable, juste l’hôtesse du desk qui me signifie jeudi soir en rentrant du travail de libérer la chambre au plus vite car l’hôtel est complet et ce qui explique pourquoi la clé de la chambre est bloquée ! Valise en express (j’ai même oublié mon câble iPhone), paiement des boissons et remise de clé et me voilà 15 minutes après a trouver un nouvel hôtel pour la nuit. Si vous n’attendez pas de service ni d’attention pour les clients vous êtes au bon endroit ! Pour les autres passez votre chemin de cet hôtel sans grand intérêt.

Mon récent séjour à l'hôtel Novotel Bur à Dubaï a surpassé toutes mes attentes, offrant une expérience hôtelière exceptionnelle. Idéalement situé dans le quartier de Bur Dubaï plus précisément à Healthcare city. Vous ne serez qu’à quelques minutes de toutes les commodités et à 5 min de la station de métro « Dubaï Healthcare city » ce qui vous permettra de vous rendre très facilement aux différents endroits de la ville, un vrai confort !!! Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été accueilli par un personnel attentif et courtois, qui m’a tout de suite expliqué le quartier, les recommandations, et les choses à savoir sur l’Hôtel en détails. La chambre, élégamment aménagée, offrait un mélange de confort moderne et de touches raffinées, assurant une détente totale avec de jolies baies vitrées donnant sur une vue imprenable vers la Skyline de Dubaï. Les installations de l'hôtel étaient diversifiées et bien entretenues, de la salle de sport bien équipée avec des machines de dernière génération, à la piscine nichée sur le toit de l’Hôtel offrant une vue panoramique imprenable sur la ville. La variété des options de restauration a comblé toutes mes envies culinaires, avec une cuisine délicieuse qui a captivé mes sens. Le petit-déjeuner était très varié et se composait de toute une multitude de sélection. Le chef sera là pour vous cuisiner de bons plats tels que des œufs au plat, des omelettes, des œufs brouillées, etc. … Afin de commencer parfaitement la journée. Le premier soir, j’ai pu tester le buffet (soirée buffet) avec un large choix et de très bonne qualité. Le deuxième soir était basé sur un menu demi-pension ou là encore une fois, c’était un vrai régal. L’Hôtel Novotel Bur incarne l'excellence à tous les niveaux, de l'hospitalité exceptionnelle aux installations de qualité. Recommandé vivement pour ceux qui recherchent une expérience mémorable à Dubaï.
