Thoughtfull and generous. Asked the receptionist if it's possible to add a rolled bed and being told it's not possible, but we get it anyway. Also great room and location. Love my stay here!

Our room was very clean. It was quiet. Would have liked 2 chairs in the room ti avoid having to sit on the bed.

I always try to book at Ibis when in Melbourne, but the fire alarm going off at 1.15am was extremely stressful, especially where there was no follow up communication about what had occurred,. That will be the last time i stay at Ibis.
