Upon entering the room, my wife and I immediately noticed a sense of suffocation. We promptly reported this to the reception staff, who then visited our room to check the temperature, confirming that it was around 20 degrees. However, instead of offering alternative solutions or room options, the staff rudely suggested that we find another hotel nearby. This response felt extremely dismissive and discriminatory towards us. It was particularly disheartening as it was my wife's first visit to Germany, and this was the welcome we received. After persistent requests, we were eventually provided with an alternative room, but we decided to stay in the same room with opened windows. The overall experience at the hotel left us feeling disappointed and dissatisfied.

In general everything has been fine, except that on checkout day the girl who gave us the suitcases had very little desire to provide information about how to get to the airport and had very few manners and was a bit rude. It has been something that in the end has stained the stay that in general has been good.

The room and the bathroom were not clean all days Sink is small and small marble top The water in the shower changes by itself from hot to cold The light in the bathroom turns off automatically Only the towels were clean (I hope so)

Level 2 smelt of mould (the whole level) as soon as you stepped out of the lift. The bed was very uncomfortable (very hard) but otherwise the hotel was okay. Clean and tidy.

Well located for tram/u bahn. Really friendly and helpful staff. I was allowed an early check in, and they helped get me a taxi to depart when the rail strikes hit. Quiet room and comfortable bed. Didn’t try breakfast but there’s a great bakery on the next block..,
