I would give 5 starts but the car park situation. Struggled to get my car park ticket validated 1 day, it took 3 trips walking from car park to hotel, to get sorted, I lost 1 hour trying to get this sorted.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. there was a great choice for breakfast, constantly replenished. The bed was very comfortable. Mostly quiet, except on Saturday night (external noise, not internal).

1. The AC was not functioning and did NOT function for the entire stay, despite being told that the “engineers” were working on fixing the problems. As such, our room was “stuffy” and to top it off—the windows were sealed. 2. Our rooms—both rooms (ours and the kids)—were not cleaned during our entire stay, inspite of having the “blue tags” on the door knobs on the outside that we were out and the room and they could enter and could clean as we were out.
