Location decent. Pricepoint good. First thing receptionist said was be careful of the keys being sensitive, do not put near phones, do not put near wallets, do not pass GO... I literally held the keys in my hand only when checked in and in lift to room. But even then I had to go from reception to 8th floor 5 times due to the keycards not operating the room door mechanism. Even with maintenance man coming to check 9and changing keys twice) there wasn't any desire to offer alternative room for peace of mind. Instead they changed the keys 4 times, then on the 5th attempt they just offered 4 key cards instead of 2 to up our chance we might get into the room with one of them. Otherwise if we couldn't get in at whatever time, just to Whatsapp them. If you have a known issue... Fix it! Replace your door mechanisms or keycard system if you know they're bad.

Hotel is located close to the train station and there are pubs/cafes close by. It needs a refurbishment as the rooms are a bit outdated. But can't really complain, got what we paid for. Didn't eat in the restaurant or pub, so can't comment on that.

Bed in middle of lounge even though I stated in advance not to do this. Had to ask twice to get it removed. I was there to study and the room was so hot as the air conditioning wasn’t working. Reported it twice first thing in the morning. Maintenance appeared late afternoon with a fan knowing it was broken. So you should have given me a different room if you knew it was broken. I’ve stayed here a few times, I won’t be staying again. When I have time I’m going to leave an extended review on trip advisor with evidential photographs.

Stay here for 3 nights was really lovely room was a good size, staff came in everyday to make the beds and fill up the tea/coffee etc and change the towels if needed. 2 mins walk from westbrompton station easy to access.

Love staying at Accor Earl's Court, due to it being very convenient for the West Brompton tube station. The staff are always friendly and willing to help out in anyway. It was my four stay there in the last four months.

Superior room not as advertised

I booked a superior room as it was advertised on the Accor App to be larger than the standard room by 2 metres squared. It certainly wasn’t and was very cramped. I even checked with reception that the room was a superior room and they said yes. Overall not worth the extra cost and I will avoid Accor in the future as I don’t believe I got the room I paid for.

All good stayed before, if there was something, The pace had a very large number of Afghan people placed there through the home office, my heart goes out to them especially the children, the home office interviewing could be done a little more privately and I think it is essential that the people should understand the numbers in lifts at the moment and the need to wear masks, they cant all be exempt, I understand its difficult but start as you mean to go on

Hi. The hotel was comfortable and clean. Also a great location and well priced. But my issue is with dietary requirements at breakfast. I’m a strict vegan who was at the hotel for the London marathon. I wanted to know if there were vegan options at breakfast. A very basic question these days with an increasing amount of people following vegan or plant based diets. I emailed the hotel. No response. I phoned the hotel, no answer. So I contacted Ibis through Facebook. I was told they didn’t know and to contact the hotel directly. I emailed the hotel, no response. I phoned the hotel, no answer. So as I checked in I asked the person at check in. He didn’t know and told me to ask in the restaurant. I went up to the restaurant and asked. Very confused member of staff who said eggs would be available. I explained what vegan meant. I was told to ask at reception. I decided to go to breakfast and took my own plant based milk. I could have beans in toast if all else fails. I noticed that there were vegetarian sausages. I asked if they contained eggs or dairy as some do. Staff not sure. Manager arrives and has to ask in the kitchen. They do contain eggs. I managed to make up breakfast from what was available plus cereal with my plant based milk. My concern is the lack of knowledge of the what’s in the food. Milk and diary are allergens with potentially very serious consequences if consumed by certain people. I’m sure you are aware of the law regarding this. I’m also confused that a large hotel chain in a major city struggles with the concept of vegan. I live in a small village in north Devon and the hospitality establishments understand vegan. I’m a health and safety officer and one of my party is a environmental health officer and we were both very surprised that a simple questions regarding potential allergens was met with such confusion. A comfortable stay as usual. A big plus is the car park. If this had not been available we may not have stayed. Cooked breakfast very good, continental a bit lacking. Some meat & Cheese would be nice. The room price is currently very attractive.

My stay started off badly, they did not respond to emails before I arrived there and wouldn't answer the telephone calls either ... the room was super dusty and our allergies acted up ... we had a terrible first day ... I requested to be moved to a clean room as we were isolating ... they obliged after keeping us waiting for a few hours after the conveyed time ... Post the move, things became much better ... our meals came on time, housekeeping obliged to our requests with a smile ... a special shoutout to Anna, the housekeeping attendant on our floor ... You have to be prepared for a delay in response to requests, since they only use WhatsApp to communicate ... but now I'd probably stay there again ...

The pictures of a twin room were very different from the room we were given. The carpet was old, the pillows not very bouncy. It felt a bit tired. The breakfast was good, the staff helpful and polite. The neon in the bathroom mirror wasn’t working. The toiletries were a big basic. The towels too felt cheap and small. All in all I was satisfied if a bit underwhelmed, especially as the reception area feels quite a bit more luxurious than the actual room experience. No electric points near the bed either. Light came through the windows very early in the morning and we were woken up by someone talking in the room next door. The shower door isn’t sufficient to stop the water flooding the bathroom.
