Excellent hotel great location very close to the Jean Mexican tram from the airport promenade de anglais 5 minutes walk close nice ville train station quirky hotel in a very old building all the rooms are different size and shape very courteous staff

A nice hotel with very friendly staff, lovely breakfast and of course prime location. However, we were not satisfied with the toilet configuration in our jr. Suite. Very narrow, double door? and no handwash. That would need an upgrade. Otherwise, very happy with our stay.

Chose this hotel in preference to staying on Promenade des Anglais; it was a great choice. A huge 'Thank you very much' to Ophelia and Leonie for all their assistance and kindness during our stay; very much appreciated. The hotel location is great for just about everything! Train station, tram stop, restaurants, old town and Promenade des Anglais we all just a short walk away. The daily breakfast was very good, and the staff there were so very helpful and always smiling. Our room - a junior suite - was a great size (I think we got lucky as understand that not all rooms of the same type are necessarily the same size or shape) although simply furnished. I would very confidently recommend this hotel to others.

Well Located, Helpfull staff, Cold showers and No roof Bar

The hotel is well located as we expected, the room was disapointing as the bed had only one side table and minimum space to a wall, hanging space for a 9 night stay was poor. The major issue was the failure of the Hot Water for showers on 3 consecutive days and again later in the week. No information during booking or after arrival was provided that the roof bar and night views was closed due to refurbishment. this is poor service for the Mercure group and reflects on other hotels that we may use in future.
