We love that the hotel is down road from market. We liked the apartment, the bed was great. Only let down was shower in bath a little dangerous for my disability which we havnt come across in other hotels. Also not having a lift from carpark to our rooms made luggage drop off difficult as I couldn't help my husband. Even though we cannot fault the apartment apart from shower in bath, also friendly staff always happy to deal with requests...

Filthy carpets in hallways, air con not functioning properly, damaged bedroom door, no shelving in fridge door.

Good location and decent room

The hotel was easy to find and get to using public transport and walking, staff were very helpful making our overall stay very nice. Pillows in the rooms were not great, I ended up buying my own pillow from Kmart as I could not sleep on theirs. Room was clean and well equipped for what we needed.
