Room is nice, clean. However, windows curtain have several holes on them. I asked for a pair of slippers from front desk during check. I was told that it will be delivered to my room later. But it never arrived. Some of channels on TV didn't work. No Youtube or Netflix.

Even though close proximity to my work place, little tiny thing required to improve logistics which should hv been informed to guest, especially for 1st time guest, for example parking access using touch and go, and how to go about with it. Tiny thing but can make a bit inconvenience to the guest … and seemed to me even the security also was not that well verse with the process and procedure.
