Hotel is in a good location with easy access to amaterdam centraal station via the train station thats only 5 minute walk away. We had a minor issue with our TV and this was fixed almost immediately with great customer service. Easy and convenient baggage storage and water fountains in the reception were also nice too see. I would recommend to any visiting amsterdam to use this hotel

Me Families - Confirmed reviews ALL

1st, two parents with a 2 years old and a a baby forced to book two rooms because "no more than 3 per room", because a baby and a 2 years old are an adult, right? Moreover the rooms were not even communicating rooms... really? 2nd, found the parking closed (shwing "full") even after having emailed before arriving whether I could book the parking in advance, answer: "no need". Eventually they found me a parking but asked me to move the car before letting the bay and the 2 years old getting to the room (context: it's 22:45pm...) Reception stuff not really welcoming. Waiters at the breakfast really lovely though. Easy to guess who was who.

2 night b. , for couple , picked hotel as it was out from city ,but close enough to be in it in 20 min , beside 2 metro stations and very happy with location and hotel

Nice hotel, good location but a few hiccups!!

Good hotel and facilities, most of the staff were helpful, all staff were friendly. The initial room allicated was not the room we booked. This was sorted when pointed out to staff but the room we booked apparently isn't a room that the hotel could supply. We booked 1 room with 1 double and 2 single beds, this is not a room the hotel offers apparently. Sink in the bathroom drained slowly and unable to use the plug as it didn't work. Also could not use the bin in the bathroom as it was broken, this was painted out to staff but they couldn't say whether they could resolve that during our stay.

as negatives I would like to mention the high city tax, the hotel is not located in the city! despite the name and I was here for work, not enjoyed Amsterdam as a city either. Breakfast excellent (10/10). To get to schiphol or amsterdam city public transportations are limited, and at least require a walk through a not very well illuminated tram/train station. The dinner buffet was also tasteful but a bit expensive for what is offered. Personnel at reception excellent, although in other areas it is a bit strange that they do not speak dutch. Overall good, the rooms are cosy, bit small, but clean and comfortable.
